Exchange is subject to stock availability.


💰 Return & Refund Policy

We only offer refunds under the following conditions:

  • If the product is physically damaged or defective at the time of delivery (and you share valid proof, such as an unboxing video).

  • If Dzeen is unable to process your order after receiving an advance payment.

In other situations (e.g., size change, color change, or personal preference), refunds are not applicable — but exchange may be offered if eligible.


🚚 Return Shipping & Costs

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, except when the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect.

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.

Please send the product to the address shared by our support team — we will inspect the item before confirming eligibility.


🕒 Refund Process

Once your returned product is received and verified:

  • Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.

  • Refunds will be issued via the original payment method (bKash, Nagad, Bank Transfer, or Card).

  • Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the amount to reflect.


🚫 Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Discounted or clearance products

  • Items damaged or used after delivery

  • Products mentioned as non-returnable on the product page


🧩 Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a wrong, defective, or damaged product:
